Because We Forget

That’s why we need to repeat what works. We need to train ourselves to repeat the basic steps that have been proven to work. 

We can desire for shiny dreams. But are we aligned with those shiny dreams? If we’re 5’5 are we really aiming at the NBA career? 

We ask questions we already know the answer to but refuse to acknowledge. 

The training then is not to have what we want but to want what we have.
