Motion Creates Emotion

Allowing our emotions to choose on impulse can lead us to a road to perdition. 

The same emotional force used with direction and timing can lead us to a road of progress. Progress is not a goal line to cross, but a constant improvement regardless of the heights. 

What would our life look like if we used the same ingredients towards a better aim?
