Root
Anger can destroy lives.
When we feel anger we need to train ourselves to address the root cause. Anger is a secondary emotion, the primary emotion is feeling scared or hurt.
It’s not “what are we angry about?” It’s “what are we afraid of, what makes us feel hurt?” Then ready or not run to facing the fear because fear weakens when looked directly in the eye, and better yet we get stronger and more courageous when looking at fear in the eye and standing up straight in front of it. Then the feelings of hurt are more manageable when practicing the principle of radical acceptance of reality, the fact that we will not be accepted by all or those around us. That we need to lose the expectation that all will accept us for who we are. When we operate from these principles, it changes our experience.
